Cancellation Policy

1. Quotations

a. Each quotation is valid for 7 days.

2. Deposits

a. A 50% deposit is required 90 days before arrival to confirm the booking.

b. A 20% deposit is optional within 7 days of quotation, to confirm booking.

3. Outstanding Balance

a. The outstanding balance is due 7 days before arrival

4. Cancellation

a. Cancellation charges less than 20 days in advance: No refund

b. Cancellation charges between 21 – 40 days in advance: 50% refund

c. Cancellation charges between 41 – 60 days in advance: 20% full value

d. Cancellation charges 60+ days in advance: Full refund

5. Postponement

a. For postponement, the guest will have 6 months to choose new dates of their choice with no additional cost involved.

6. Special Cancellation Terms during Covid

a. You can postpone your tour and receive a travel voucher for rebooking – notice must be given 7 days in advance

b. Cancellation charges less than 20 days in advance: No refund

c. Cancellation charges between 21 – 40 days in advance: 50% refund

d. Cancellation charges between 41 – 60 days in advance: 20% full value

e. Cancellation charges 60+ days in advance: Full refund

f. Should you need to cancel your tour, you will qualify for a 10% discount when booking a new tour in the future with Zangada Africa. (note: discount does not apply on future specials and promotions.)
